| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The details you enter are not passed on to any third party and you will not recieve any junk mail from us either, your details are only taken for the purpose of processing your order.We accept credit card or debit card payments. We also accept cheques payable to THE BIKE PEDLAR LTD however we must insist that the cheque clears in our account before we are able to send out the order please allow upto 10 working days. We accept Visa, Switch (Maestro) , Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping And Handling We all hate to pay shipping fees but it is a cost that we have to incur and it is fairer to pass this cost to you the customer instead of masking shipping fees within the product prices. We promise to be as prompt as we can in despatching your order however if an item is temporarily out of stock it will be despatched to you within 2-3 working days. You will be notified of any despatch delays at which point you can choose to cancel your order if you wish.We have a couple of shipping options available to you depending on the Value of you order.1 Orders that exceed the value of £50 are delivered free of charge. This currently also applies to bulkier items such as bikes, frames, Forks, Wheels and Turbo Trainers. These bulkier items are shipped using ANC couriers.2. We offer First Class recorded Delivery which is typically a next working day service but is NOT Guaranteed.3. If you need items fast if you order before 3pm we can use NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY by 1pmItems ordered over the weekend will typically be shipped "the next working day" which is any day between Monday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days. EG if you order an item on Sunday the item will be shipped on Monday or if it is a bank holiday it will be shipped Tuesday. |
| Delivery Schedule Most items are dispatched same day of ordering if order is made before 3PM otherwise within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock it will usually be shipped to you within 2-3 working days if dispatch of your order is going to take longer than this you will be advised accordingly where by you can decide to cancel your order if you wish. We use Royal Mail First class recorded delivery for shipping smaller items which should take 24-48 hours to reach you. We do have a choice for you to have items delivered guaranteed next working day this only applies however on goods that are in stock Next working day means Monday-Friday so if an item is ordered before 3pm on Friday afternoon it is guaranteed to be delivered Monday (next working day) in instances such as a bank holiday the item will be delivered Tuesday. |

| Returns Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any goods prove to be unsuitable please contact us to let us know BEFORE returning them within 14 days after delivery in the original packaging where appropiate and in an unused condition for a full refund less our postage costs this includes items sent with free delivery.Please note that we cannot accept the return of custom built products that are correctly supplied, i.e. Oakley Built to order eyewear, wheels, wheel kits, disc kits and bikes, this is because these items are handbuilt to each customers requirements.May we point out that any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods on our part will be dealt with as a priority. |
